Is it really free?

Yes. No purchase, no subscription, no advertising, no data collection. There is nothing to unlock.

Where do I download it?

From Google Play and the App Store, as soon as the listings are public; the buttons on the home page will then link straight to them. We do not distribute APK files — from this site or anywhere. A build offered from any other source did not come from us and we cannot vouch for what is in it.

Which phones does it run on?

Android 7.0 or later, phones and tablets, and iPhone with iOS 15 or later. On an iPad it runs as the iPhone app.

Which diagnostic tester do I need?

Any tester that can show the gearbox control unit's measured values for your model — the factory tester or a capable aftermarket one. The user manual says exactly which values to read. The menu path differs between testers, so the app lets you note the route on yours.

Does it need an internet connection?

No. Everything is calculated on the phone, and the app makes no network connection at all. It works in a basement workshop with no signal.

Which cars are supported?

Lamborghini Gallardo MY04–08, Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4, Lamborghini Murciélago, Lamborghini Aventador, Audi R8, Aston Martin V8 Vantage 6-speed, Aston Martin V8 Vantage 7-speed and Aston Martin V12 Vantage S. The user manual lists each one with its channels and limits. If yours is missing, send the channel numbers and the wear limit from your documentation and we will look at adding it.

A wear limit disagrees with my documentation

The limit for each model is fixed in the app, so two technicians measuring the same car always reach the same verdict, and the printed report states the figure that was used. If your documentation gives a different figure, send it to us with the document it comes from and we will check the shipped limit.

Will I lose my saved jobs?

Jobs are stored on the device, so uninstalling the app or losing the phone loses them. Back them up to a file from the Guide screen — especially before changing phone.

Can I use the reports commercially?

Yes, that is what they are for. Print them, put your workshop name on them, hand them to customers. The measurement is your professional judgement, not ours — check readings against the manufacturer's current documentation before advising anyone.
